“After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at finding a landscaper in our area that gave us any confidence we came across Bravo Landscapes and decided to give them a try as everything that we saw on their website looked promising. We set up an appointment with Jim and knew from then that we’d finally found the people we needed. Jim asked us what we wanted from the space and because we weren’t 100% sure and were looking for some inspiration he was happy to introduce ideas of his own and showed us photographs of other gardens he’d done and basically helped us answer all of the questions that needed answering. The proof of the success of the first meeting was in our second meeting as Jim brought us sketches and ideas for how he interpreted our first meeting and these were promptly given the go ahead. We were offered the chance of a revision in case there was anything we may have wanted to change but we were that happy with the first attempt that none were needed, all that was left was to confirm materials such as pavers, screening, lighting, plants etc.
One of the main reasons for us choosing Bravo Landscapes was the fact that not only does Jim come out and do the consultations and drawings etc with us but he also does the build himself with his in-house team meaning that he sees the job throughout all of it stages from start to finish whereas other landscape companies that we’d looked at outsourced the build side of things. Jim and his team did a fantastic job of the build and were all very polite, helpful and hard working. Having Jim there throughout meant that communication was always open and little tweaks and questions could always be easily and promptly addressed.
All in all I only have good things to say about our experience of using Bravo Landscapes and my only regret is that I’d not found them sooner so that we could have been enjoying the space before now.”
